COPYRIGHT POLICY
All digital and print images using the my name, logo, and graphics are copyright protected. All images and photography used in my promotional materials are for the exclusive use of Ryan Malmstrom only. This includes any and all printed and online material (posters, flyers, related merchandise, online graphics and logos, etc). All original music protected by copyright.
You may use and/or distribute these materials ONLY with the express written permission of Ryan Malmstrom and/or my representatives.

This site may use the standard "cookie" feature of major browser applications and other data capture mechanisms that allow me to store data about your visit to the website. Cookies help me learn which areas of the site are useful and which areas need improvement. I will not use cookies or other data capture mechanisms to collect any personally identifiable information about you.
FORMS & EMAIL
If you choose to identify yourself by sending me an e-mail or completing on-line or printable forms, I use the personally identifying information to process your request or respond to you.
If you complete an online or printable form, the information you provide is up to you. However, if you do not provide certain information, such as your name and/or email, it may be impossible for me to respond to your request, should a request be warranted. I may retain this information in my files, either in electronic form or hardcopy. Some of this information is public data under the Texas Government Data Practices Act.
